How should I care for my Arkaeology Studio bag?

Spot clean by hand with warm water and soap, let air dry. Do not bleach. It is not recommended to submerge in water or place in a dryer.

How do pre-order items work?

Bags that are marked for pre-order means that they are still in production and will be shipped at a later date. The estimated ship date will be noted on the item description page.

The fulfillment process is immediate, order cancellations are not accepted.

As of right now, returns are not accepted. Arkaeology Studio is a small business and as it grows this policy will be amended.

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders with a minimum purchase of $150 CAD.

Free shipping is offered on international orders with a minimum purchase of $250 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Shipping time is dependent on method selected by customer and indicated at checkout. Arkaeology Studio is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier.
