Arkaeology Studio is designed by founder Jenna Rosalina and made in Ontario, Canada.

Spot clean by hand with warm water and soap, let air dry. Do not bleach. It is not recommended to submerge in water or place in a dryer.

Bags that are marked for pre-order means that they are still in production and will be shipped at a later date. The estimated ship date will be noted on the item description page.

The fulfillment process is immediate, order cancellations are not accepted.

As of right now, returns are not accepted. Arkaeology Studio is a small business and as it grows this policy will be amended.

Cost of shipping varies depending on location, please select the shipping method suitable to your needs.

We ship internationally to most countries.

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders with a minimum purchase of $150 CAD.

Free shipping is offered on international orders with a minimum purchase of $250 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Shipping time is dependent on method selected by customer and indicated at checkout. Arkaeology Studio is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our design studio in Ontario, Canada.

We accept Apple Pay, debit and most major credit cards.

All payments are processed in (CAD) Canadian Dollars.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, fees and duties.
