Arkaeology Studio is designed by Founder Jenna Rosalina and ethically handmade in Ontario, Canada by herself and a small team.

Arkaeology Studio carefully vets all suppliers used to ensure their practices align with the ethos of the brand. All bags are handmade in small batches to reduce environmental impact. Most fabrics used in our designs are deadstock.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, fees and duties.

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders with a minimum purchase of $150 CAD. Free shipping is offered on international orders with a minimum purchase of $250 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Shipping time is dependent on method selected by customer and indicated at checkout.

The fulfillment process is immediate, order cancellations are not accepted.

Cost of shipping varies depending on location, please select the shipping method suitable to your needs.

Spot clean by hand with warm water and soap, let air dry. Do not bleach. It is not recommended to submerge in water or place in a dryer.

Bags that are marked for pre-order means that they are still in production and will be shipped at a later date. The estimated ship date will be noted on the item description page.

As of right now, returns are not accepted. Arkaeology Studio is a small business and as it grows this policy will be amended.

All payments are processed in (CAD) Canadian Dollars.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our design studio in Ontario, Canada.

We accept Apple Pay, debit and most major credit cards.

We ship internationally to most countries.
